Job Description
Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef. Responsible to supervise junior chefs or commis. Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
Job Requirement
Diploma or Certificate in Food Preparation from recognized hotel institute or college.
At least 3 years of experience in 5 or 4 Star Hotel as Chef de party level or related responsible position.
Managerial skill and an excellent team player & Computer literate
Very good understanding of food cost and cost management
