• Restaurant supervisors oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. They train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Management from recognized university, Hotel Institute or College.

• At least Three years of experience in a Five or Four star hotel in F&B Supervisory position

• Computer literate & Very good understanding of Hotel F&B Operation & Working knowledge and have  skill of OPERA or Other similar PMS systems
