Restaurant & Bar Operations Manager Duties include hiring and training employees, coordinating work and schedules, developing working relationships with front and back of house staff, overseeing inventory ordering, and daily maintenance of equipment and the building.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Management from recognized university, Hotel Institute or College.

• At least 3 years of experience in a 5 or 4 star hotel in F&B Supervisory position

• Computer literate able to work with Microsoft Office Programs

• Very good understanding of Hotel Financial Operation

• Working knowledge and have a strong skill of OPERA or Other similar PMS systems

• Fluent in Spoken & Written English

• Excellent Team player

• Great interpersonal skill and passion for the industry

• Positive attitude to the job and keen to learn and grow
