• Plans, coordinates, and controls crop production of various fruits and vegetables.

• Ensures the adequate availability of Daily laborers, machineries, farm tools, fuel & other necessary logistics for the whole farm operation.

• Ensures all machineries, and tools are properly handled and effectively and economically used and requests & follows-up the timely maintenance of them before the onset of the production season & when required.

• Communicates & works closely as a team with other Agronomists and irrigations technicians and crop protection team towards quality productivity.

• Manages various tasks & projects as they arise and upon Manager’s request. 

Employment Type: Full time with 90 days trial time

Location: At Farm site Dawuro/Gofa Zones

Job Requirements

Educational requirement:

• bachelor’s degree and above in Agronomy, plant science, horticulture etc

Level:

• medium, 2-5 years of related experience

Skills required:

• Understanding of organizational products privacy standard.

• Practical knowledge of horticultural production and seedling development
