JOB PURPOSE
Responsible to coordinate development activities from planning to customer's hand over for assigned projects/products (phase, masterplan) with the aim of creating development opportunities in the most profitable manner in alignment with Eagle Hill’s standards and design guidelines. Responsible to coordinate the multi-disciplinary coordination between all the necessary departments to ensure that product's concept/designs are converted into successful commercial assets. Ensure that development activities are carried out efficiently and according to plan, meeting market demands and maximizing value/profits.

Contribute to development plans, targeted financial returns and aligned with annual budgets.· Contribute to the implementation and execution of the development strategy for the country as per the company’s mission and vision for commercially viable projects and opportunities that maximize profit potential.· Develop design strategy plan to include design briefs, guidelines, responsibilities matrix include peer reviewers if require, design review team structure and ensure design management scope is clear and transferred to consultants.· Develop land development strategy of the project vision: mix, program selling propositions, views, building maturity and value, products, profile of customers, operators, retailers in coordination with the Business Development team.· Ensure that the product specific plans, the development brief and roll outs are aligned with the overall masterplan development management plan· Review of zoning and local authorities’ and utility constraints, planning guidelines, neighboring land and projects, identification of project related risks, obtain all legislation and authorities approvals process and requirementsPlan and manage the development lifecycle in alignment with Eagle Hill’s standards.· Conduct design management for assigned products in compliance with EH’s design guidelines, standards, and identity; ensuring product briefs meet allocated budget, coordinated input internally and externally, and factor in risk assessment, project budget, cost benefit analysis, legal and design requirements.· Drive coordination with other departments throughout development of products to optimize timing of activities and to maintain uninterrupted development progress in order to recognize revenue as planned· Provide advice on product line and projects to ensure relevancy to trends in the local market· Ensure coordination of country office review of designs to align with Centre of Excellence standards and lead to obtain internal approval from management/DRB· Support the timely appointment of consultants and contractors, with the right scope of work and appropriate contracts, to help prevent contractor-related issues that may affect the profitability of the development of products· Coordinate, manage and monitor project execution activities of assigned products to ensure constructions align to plan, quality, time, costs, design vision and value· Manage the coordination and support for the definition of the customer journey, sales center timing and preparation of sales and marketing launches to enable assigned products to be sold in the most profitable manner· Support Projects to manage product closeout, handover and operational activities to ensure constructed assets meet customer’s expectation and Eagle Hill’s brand· Coordinate Customer Relationship Management activities and Facility Management activities related to product developedProject Reporting· Monitor product development cost and budget to achieve targeted financial returns while adhering to EH’s risk-return profile· Assist management in preparation and presentation of development projects through necessary review checkpoints to ensure integrity design, quality, price, market profile and commercial structure· Monitor development of products, coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure commercial viability, highlighting variations and acting to resolve these· Prepare regular and ad hoc reports as neededInternal stakeholder management· Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within function and appropriate cross department coordination· Ensure relevant input and output of Projects, Contracts, Sales, CRM, Marketing to ensure effective operations based on approved plans, Policies & Procedures.· Escalate concerns and formulate recommendations related to the multi- disciplinary process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness· Follow up input and outcome related to managed product from all departments, leveraging required and appropriate periodical reports or data, and call for meetings with Departments, Consultants and Project Managers as necessaryExternal stakeholder management· Establish and maintain interfaces with clients, counterparts (developers, real estate agents, construction companies, architectural consultants, joint venture partners, investors) to ensure delivery of program concept and budget· Provide inputs to consultants to enable preparation of masterplans and designs
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or real estate development,
Master’s degree in architecture and urban planning
Preferred Experience:
8-10 years’ experience
Job-Specific Skills:
Excellent understanding of property market dynamics such as market conditions,
Skilled in project management, design cost estimation analysis, architecture, design and master planning, quality assurance, etc.
