Role Description:

  • Office administrators are responsible for general administration tasks within an office environment. You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.

  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, and other files related to the company’s operations.

  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
