Bank customer service officers, also known as bank tellers, are responsible for accurately processing routine transactions at a bank.

Job Requirement:

BA in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields with 1 year of experience or Diploma (Level 4) in the same fields with 3 years of experience in banking operation, customer service operation in banking industry; of which at least 1 year as a Junior Customer Service Specialist or 2 years of micro finance experience
