  To work ethically and with full professional competence

• Manage the inventory

• Provide medication-related information to professionals and patients

• Provide answer to DI queries, from websites, Emails, DI collection box, other social media platform.

• Prepare drug alert (bi-monthly).

• Participate in DSM activities i.e. stock status sharing.

• Facilitate training for professionals.

• Work closely in the innovation of pharmacy services.

Job Requirements

Requirement

• BPharm in Clinical Oriented Pharmacy from recognized and qualified higher education institution plus Drug information service certification/ experience working in DIS.

• Demonstrate experience in applying Drug information service to professionals, patients, and the general public 

• Demonstrate experience in communicating and working with different healthcare professionals  

Required skill

• Health science database access skills

• Knowledge in use of Microsoft office suite and Droga Computer software

• Knowledge in graphics and design

• Ability to work in teams and in multicultural setting

• Proficiency in one or more of country's working languages (Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigregna, Somaligna etc)
