Job Description
Hotel Cassiopeia is a four star hotel in the heart of bole sub city. Our hotel has 119 spacious rooms, two meeting halls, one stylish open restaurant, and one lounge. It has also one elegant lobby bar plus coffee bar to relax for both external and in-house guests. Furthermore, our hotel is a 1 kilometer away from bole International Airport.
We would like to invite who are enthusiasm, energetic, young and vibrant hotel professionals to join us who have more energy, synergy, commitment, willingness for the post of listed positions who can fulfill the requirements.
Qualifications
University Degree in Accounting & Finance from recognized university.
Minimum of 4 years work experience in 3*/4* hotel.
Working knowledge and have strong skill of IDS PMS system.
Must possess the ability to analyses large amounts of data efficiently and accurately
Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making skills
Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple concurrent demands
Understanding financial performance, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and month-end closing activities, Ensure quality controls are in place for all laundry processes, rejecting any exceptions,
Ensure a smooth operation of all hotel finance activities in full compliance with the policy, regulatory and contractual framework
Manages group or interpersonal conflict effectively.
Support brand standards through the training and assessment of the Team
Great interpersonal skill and Passion for the industry
Great skill in computer and able to work with Microsoft office and other programs
