Qualifications

• Degree in Management or Security Management from recognized university

• Experience as Security, Police, or Military experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in 3*/4* hotel.

• Solid knowledge & experience with latest security machines.

• Fluent spoken & written English

• Strong in diagnostic ability and management of safety issues of the property

• Good analytical thinking and suggesting solutions

• leadership skill and an excellent team player

• Great interpersonal skill and Passion for the industry

• Great skill in computer and able to work with Microsoft office and other programs

• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks

• Communication and leadership skills

• Trains team members according to standards operating manual.

• Pays constantly attention to security and safety regulations and is fully aware of the local law risks procedures.

• Pro- active approach and a strong drive for results.

• Display a high level of integrity and professionalism to both colleagues and clients.

• Supervise the safety handling, storage, disposal and hazardous materials

• Designing and implementing an overall risks management processes

• Conducting risk assessment and preventive measures by setting safety policy overall for the property
