Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Journalism, Communications, Political Science, Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of EGE-CSoJ projects across various donor funding streams. - Develop detailed activity plans, budgets, and timelines for each project in collaboration with the Executive Board of CSoJ and EGE program staff. - Liaise with project partners, trainers, facilitators, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of project activities. - Ensure procurement and financial processes related to project implementation follow EGE’s and donors’ guidelines. - Prepare periodic progress reports, activity summaries, and final project reports in line with donor requirements.
