Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Be responsible for implementing program plans and monitoring project activities and compliance at the field level. - Coordinate with BDU, community-based organizations, and concerned government departments of the project area.  - Coordinate and establish linkages with implementing stakeholders in the Region to ensure support in delivering project requirements.

PhD or Master’s degree in Project Management, Public Health, Health, Health Service Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, outlining timelines, deliverables, and responsible parties. - Represent the project at conferences, workshops, and other public events to enhance visibility and support. - Monitor budget utilization and prepare financial reports to track expenditures and variances.

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Social Studies Marketing, Economics, International Relations or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in a managerial role, with a proven track record in leading program design, proposal development, and donor relationship management. Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensures that all staff in the unit/function/department are properly inducted on and understands their role in upholding Plan International’s safeguarding and GEI policies; - Ensures that Plan International’s global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in day to day work. - Ensures that Plan Ethiopia contributes to Plan International’s global efforts to ensure safeguarding and GEI, including making sure that relevant reporting and data are submitted
