Job Description

Brief outline of duties:

Plan, Coordinate, organize and manage the field camp administration, procurement, finance, logistics and supply, activities to support gold mining and exploration projects of the company.

  • Main duties and responsibilities

Efficiently carry out various tasks in field camp administration, finance, HR, logistic and related tasks to support the core business of the company, Mining and Exploration

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or master’s in management, Business Administration, or other related fields.

Skill

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A good communicator with effective management & conflict resolution skills.

  • A good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate the team.

  • Excellent analytical skills (Forecasting, Problem-solving, Reporting etc)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Has driving license.

General

  • Work Experience: Senior level (5+ year work experience in same position or related)

Salary: Negotiable & Attractive (Industry related & adequately compensated for the location).

Duty Station: – Benshangul Gumuz, Asosa Zone, Kurmuk Woreda Project Site – Fly In/Fly out roster (6/2weeks)
