On behalf of Ethiopost, The Talent Firm is recruiting for the position of Head of Cost Control and Financial Reporting unit
Company description

It has over 2300 employees and deliver items to over 120 destinations all over the Country through their branches and managing to process and transport close to 10 million mail items annually timely and safely.
Responsibilities
Prepares the annual plan of the group based on the departmental plan, leads, coordinates and supervises the division.
Establishes the organization's cost control system; It works on profitability.
It prepares the price of the company's products and services.
Analyze costs and provide recommendations to achieve cost efficiencies
The company evaluates the financial feasibility of the investment projects it is considering.
Prepares financial analysis of the organization; Submits regular reports.
Prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual costs.
Review the company’s budget for compliance with legal regulations.
Manages the organization's budget
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
BSc Degree in Accounting and Finance and Business Administration, ACCA/IFRS/ERP training certifications will be required.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience of which 2 years relevant experience on managerial position-depth
Technical skills:
Familiar with forecasting methods and data analysis, excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail, In depth Knowledge of Accounting Cycle, Good leadership and management skills, Good Communication skills, The ability to empower himself/herself and others.
