Job Description

The role of a human resource (HR) specialist is to recruit, support, train, and place employees of a company and prepare policies and strategies that align with the values and customs of the company.

We are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) specialist to join our team and manage all human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.

  • Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.

  • Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.

  • Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.

  • Tracking department budgets.

  • Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Conducting research regarding employee performances and work ethics in accordance to company policies.

  • Preparing town halls to communicate any changes and progress.

  • Conducting orientation and indication sessions to integrate any new staff.

  • Checking and recommending best practice for staff to management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree business administration, human resources, or related fields.

  • MBA and/or master’s degree in management, human resources, accounting, or related fields.

  • A minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR specialist and/or Senior HR officer Job positions

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.

  • MBA and/or master’s degree in management is preferred.

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation, payroll processes and HR Policies.

  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.

  • Very organized, with strong attention to detail

  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity and able to work efficiently and effectively across multiple teams.

  • Relevant professional qualifications
