Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or in a related field of study Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in developing architectural drawings, models, and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino. - Prepare conceptual designs and support detailed design development under senior architect supervision - Participate in design reviews and make corrections or revisions as directed - Company senior staff on site inspections to understand construction methods and project progress. - Record observations, take measurements, and assist in preparing site reports

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Science, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure all WASH facility constructions (River Intake head work, small scale water treatment scheme, pump house, generator house, pipeline installation works) meet standard and quality design standards  - Ensure all WASH facilities including other civil constructions are constructed as per the detail design documents meeting all construction quality requirements  - All civil constructions are constructed in time, with quality and maintaining IRC’s standard construction designs and quality standards and procedures

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare, review, and manage contract documents for construction projects - Coordinate the tendering process including bid document preparation, advertisement, bid evaluation, and award processes - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local contract laws and procurement guidelines

MSc or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Encourage and facilitate cost-saving ideas from the different teams across the five companies. - Create an environment of innovative thinking and champion open sharing of cost-saving/best practices ideas. - Work cooperatively with the other functions: procurement; engineering; operations; and finance to ensure cross-functional expectations align with the overall business objectives.

MSc or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which years at leadership level managing project teams and overseeing PMO functions.
