Position Summary:
The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for coordinating all phases of group meeting/banquet functions held in the Hotel; coordinate these activities on a daily basis; assist clients in program planning menu selection and Manage all restaurant/ food and beverage operations and staff on a daily basis,.
Reports To: General Manager
Education & Experience
BA Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Tourism management or related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as F&B Manager or Director
Excellent knowledge of food & beverage technical & practical skill accompanied by great customer service orientation, highly sensitive to cost, able to work under pressure with multiple tasks & workload and acquire excellent leadership skills
Must be proficient with computers and familiar with opera/micros system
Must be highly motivated and passionate your job.
