General Job description

• Performs a variety of welding to complete structural repair and maintain fabrication on various vehicles and equipment.

•  Designs and fabricates metal components and structures to improve existing designs and reliability. Inspects and performs routine maintenance on light, heavy and specialized equipment.

•  Performs structural repair on vehicles

• Repair, replace, and upgrade a variety of vehicle parts

• Entrusted with the fabrication of metal components

• Improves structural design and integrity

• Interprets factory diagrams

• Knowledgeable with equipment and technical manuals

• Fluent in the interpretation of blueprints and sketches

• Complies with safety regulations

Job Requirements

Qualification

•  Level 4/Diploma with 4/2 years working experiences as a welder and valid certificate in welding from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Required No.03

Skills

• excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools

•  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.

•  Outstanding attention to detail.

Technician Requirements:

•  Previous experience as an auto body technician is strongly preferred

• Ability to utilize a wide variety of car maintenance and repair tools
