2. Purpose of the Job:
Under the general direction and supervision of the SALES & KEY ACCOUNTS DIVISION HEAD, SENIOR KEY ACCOUNTS SALES OFFICER is responsible for understand customer queries and resolve them in a timely manner, to assist in planning and implementing effective sales strategies, to conduct in-depth market research and identify potential leads, have excellent communication and presentation skills, be detail-oriented, have the ability to handle stressful situations and familiarity with the sales industry and impressive problem-solving abilities.

1.4. REPORTS TO: SALES & KEY ACCOUNTS DIVISION HAED
1.5. DIRECT REPORTS: KEY ACCOUNTS SALES OFFICER, JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNTS
3. DETAIL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process and record accurate and detailed customer data.
Manage and maintain customer accounts.
Gather customer requests and requirements.
Assist Sales & Key Account Manager in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
Analyse and audit customer documents.
Acknowledge customer queries and complaints and resolving.
Prepare and present data analysis reports
Implement and monitor sales solution strategies
Build and maintain long-term customer relations
Assist in generate potential sales leads
Coordinate with internal and external team members
Ensure that all customers receive the services on time.
Deliver exceptional interpersonal, negotiation skills, collaboration and communication skills
Qualification and Experience:
MBA in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields with four (4) years of demonstrated experience
OR bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience
OR Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields with ten (10) years of demonstrated experience.
