Job Description

Senior Resource Mobilization and Customer Service Officer Lead, organize, and review the work of assigned staff. Interpret, explain, and enforce department policies and procedures. Operate and troubleshoot computer system and application problems

Job Requirement

Education: BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or related fields.

Work Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant Bank experience, of which 2(two) years in an Officer position.

Work Unit: Branch Operations Department
