Job Description
Description of Duties
Involve in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of staff in line with internal policies.
Aware staffs on employee relations matters including disciplinary, employee grievance handling to enhance staff retention and to minimize litigation.
Conduct training needs assessment on an ongoing basis to inform the development of an annual training plan for both technical and soft skills.
Facilitate training and induction programs.
Involve in periodic employee engagement survey and activities.
Advice employees on HR policies and procedures and labour laws.
Undertake pensions and benefits administration.
Monitor timely renewal of contracts and agreements
Facilitate performance management processes periodically.
Prepare HR status reports periodically.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Keep HR records and files are maintained and updated in a timely and accurate manner.
Keep employee records (attendance, annual leave, sick leave, maternity leaves etc.) are maintained according to the Company policy and legal requirements
Qualification & Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field At least 4 years relevant experience
