BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Gender: Male Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee daily construction activities on site. - Ensure all work follows drawings, specifications, and standards. - Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers. - Monitor progress to ensure tasks meet schedule requirements. - Inspect materials and workmanship regularly. - Ensure correct construction methods and procedures are followed. - Report defects and ensure corrective actions are taken. - Enforce site health & safety regulations. - Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings. - Ensure site resources are used efficiently. - Maintain daily site reports.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in conducting risk assessments and gathering risk-related data. - Support the creation and implementation of risk mitigation plans.  - Help monitor project risks and ensure proper documentation of risk management activities.  - Provide support for risk reporting and updates.  - Collaborate with project teams and other departments for timely identification and management of risks. 

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Provide full-time on-site supervision of construction works for the B+G+8 building. - Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract requirements. - Implement quality control procedures, inspections, checklists, and hold points for key activities. - Verify materials, workmanship, and methods comply with standards and approved submittals. - Prepare daily site records and weekly/monthly progress reports (physical and financial). - Monitor project schedule, productivity, and resource deployment; flag delays and propose recovery plans. - Check measurement sheets, IPCs/Running Bills, and certify quantities executed on site. - Review variation requests, claims, and site instructions with proper documentation support. - Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and authorities as needed. - Ensure RFIs are raised and closed properly; support approvals of shop drawings/material submittals. - Assist in cost control by tracking changes and material usage.
