Job Description
Supervise/Manage all aspects (including coaching, providing direction, staffing, delivering reviews, setting aligned objectives, time reporting, etc.) of direct reports overall performance.
Manage Rainbow Foam IT resources and IT Team
Lead, supervise and manage the implementation Odoo ERP system.
Managed local area network, servers, and communications connections
Carry out site survey, design, deployment and continuous support giving of LANs and WANs of Branch Offices.
Plan and implement Disaster Recovery and Back up strategy solutions.
Research, installation, and testing of software updates and patches to support applications and various operating systems.
Research new technologies and advise use of useful on hardware and software
Job Requirement
Skills and Experience:
Directly related 5+ years and 2 or more years as IT Manager.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data center management and data governance is a plus
Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, with Odoo ERP is preferable.
Ability to manage personnel
Qualification
MSC in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or similar field
Professional Certification like ITIL is plus
