Job Description

Menschen fuer Menschen Foundation wishes to invite applicants with the following qualifications and experience for Ankober and Illu Gelan projects;

Main duties:

  • Prepare annual plan, quarter report.

  • Organize and lead the staff in the Department.

  • Review women related problem in the area & propose innovative strategies to solve.

  • Arrange trainings and workshops.

  • Coordinate women focused saving & credit activities.

Duty Station:    

  • Ankober Integrated Rural Development Project (AKIRDP) (Semen Shoa Zone, Ankober)

  • Illu Gelan Integrated Rural Development Project (IGIRDP) (West Shoa Zone, Illu Gelan)

Gender: Female

Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:        

  • BA in Sociology, Economics, Gender or related

Work Experience: 

  • 4 years’ or above experience in related fields

 Skill:  

  • Computer skill required.

Language:                      

  • A good command of spoken & written English
