Job Description

DEGA Group Trading is Import and Export Company.  Our Company is looking for a Secretary Young, energetic, passionate, and enthusiastic graduates in Accounting or Secretarial Science. 

Responsibilities

  • Good computer application skills.

  • Excellent working knowledge of modern telecommunication systems.

  • Attend and taking minutes at board meetings.

  • Handling Online E-Tax payment for Ministry of Revenues of Ethiopia

  • Excellent working knowledge and demonstrated ability of computer software (MS Office) and experience with document management.

  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence

  • Assisting in general appearance of the office workstations

  • Organize/arrange management meetings

  • Perform other duties as assigned
