Job Description
Purpose:
Under the supervision of LBS Manager, assists superior in the recording, reconciling and follow-up of all invoicing process , follow up foreign invoices status.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
Process systematic recording of transactions into Microsoft Navision and maintain safe accounting records for the transactions;
Process both local & foreign Invoicing , Ensure that all proper supportive documents are attached and make sure Invoice value is similar with PO
Prepare a report that shows list of Po’s after invoices & invoices with out NAV receiving on regular basis
Follow up pending issues with concerned departments & make sure it’s solved on timely manner
Ensures that all financial transactions are carried out and recorded in conformance with IFRS & as per the company financial policy & procedures.
Prepare and Deliver monthly closing, analyzing transactions and process required journals entries ensuring that all accounting entries are supported by working papers (schedules) for analytical review and account clearance (KAR)
Perform any other task assigned by your line manager.
Job Requirements
Education:
BA Degree in Accounting.
Required Skill:
Proficient English language skill and MS Office confident user.
Work Experience:
2 years of relevant work experience.
