RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Research: Together with experts and opinion leaders you’ll conduct evidence-based research to enhance the credibility 

of our solutions and ensure they have maximum impact.

Data Analysis and Management: In collaboration with our colleagues in IT, HR Information Systems and 

communications and outreach teams you’ll develop new ideas that improve the user experience of our products. 

Ethiojobs, Dereja and IMS

Implementation and Adoption: You’ll partner with Talent Acquisition, Information Systems and Hiring managers to 

implement global rollouts of Talent solutions. By doing so, you’ll build relationships across the organization and the talent ecosystem in Ethiopia and the region.

Communication and Reporting : You’ll have the opportunity to express complex ideas through simple language in 

order to capture attention and engage people with no prior understanding of Talent topics

Job Requirements

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Proven excellence in your academic life

•  First work experience in the field of job area (e.g. internships)

•  “can do” mentality, open and solution oriented mindset and excellent communication skills

• A keen interest in Talent topics, and the psychological theory which underpins them

•  Able to build relationships and express complex ideas in a straightforward and engaging way

• Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in the relevant job area (completed before Dec 2022)

• Fluency in English, is a must
