Job Description
Roles:
The (Junior) Account Manager is responsible for maintaining (key) cheese customers and the acquisition of cheese customers. In Addis Ababa as upcountry.
Follow-up on leads / increase cheese sales through acquisition.
Maintain and increase long lasting relationships with our most important customers.
Negotiate contracts with key customers.
Deliver on Sell in & Sell out targets or our Cheese portfolio.
Help the KAMS, Sales Reps and Tele sales manager by be our Cheese expert.
Get and use in dept knowledge about the market.
Monitor company's sales KPI and sales performance.
Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Understanding the competitors' activities and take appropriate action to win this ‘battle.
Drive sell in & sell out of our Cheese stock Gouda & Mozzarella
Be our ‘Cheese’’ expert
Cooperate with Commerce MT (Distribution Manager / Field Sales Manager / Tele sales Manager / Commercial Director) to optimize sales processes and organization.
