Job Description

Roles:

  • The (Junior) Account Manager is responsible for maintaining (key) cheese customers and the acquisition of cheese customers. In Addis Ababa as upcountry. 

  • Follow-up on leads / increase cheese sales through acquisition.

  • Maintain and increase long lasting relationships with our most important customers.

  • Negotiate contracts with key customers.

  • Deliver on Sell in & Sell out targets or our Cheese portfolio.

  • Help the KAMS, Sales Reps and Tele sales manager by be our Cheese expert.

  • Get and use in dept knowledge about the market.

  • Monitor company's sales KPI and sales performance.

  • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

  • Understanding the competitors' activities and take appropriate action to win this ‘battle.

  • Drive sell in & sell out of our Cheese stock Gouda & Mozzarella

  • Be our ‘Cheese’’ expert

  • Cooperate with Commerce MT (Distribution Manager / Field Sales Manager / Tele sales Manager / Commercial Director) to optimize sales processes and organization.
