We are hiring for the following positions on behalf of one of our clients, a private company with extensive years of experience in Ethiopia

Factory managers supervise factory workers and ensure that factory operations run smoothly. They typically work in manufacturing plants to oversee the production of goods

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.

• Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.

• Monitoring the production processes and adjusts schedules as needed

• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met

• Supervising and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Management, Mechanical Engineering or any other related fields

Experience:

• 6 + years experience in related role
