Job Description

Office Administrators provide administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.

Job Requirement

  • Required Academic Qualifications and skills :  Diploma/BA degree in Administrative Services Management or Secretarial Sciences or other related fields

  • Minimum Work  Experience:  A minimum of 2 years’ experience with BA Degree and 4 years of experiences with Diploma

  • Other required skills:  Computer literate
