Job Requirement

Educational Qualification : BA/B.SC Degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a similar field;

A Postgraduate Degree  in supply chain management or a professional qualification in supply chain management will be an advantage.

Professional Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in procurement

• At least 3 years of experience in the preparation and implementation of procurement plans; experience in the development of tender dossiers; experience in international procurement process is a distinct advantage;

• Experience in EU procurement procedure is an advantage; experience in the preparation and maintenance of procurement operations and records of EU or donor-funded grants or projects is an advantage; proven experience in vehicle and asset management; proven experience in supporting financial processes is an advantage; proven experience in supporting administrative processes is an advantage.

Duty station:  Addis Ababa (Federal Supreme Court)
