Job Description
Roles:
Marketing
Ø Develop and drive all marketing initiatives and processes for concerned category of paints for the Unit
Ø Work towards consumer insights and ATL and communication campaign designs
Ø Design and facilitate execution of BTL activations through Sales & Marketing & Activation team
Ø Influencer Management: development, maintenance and monitoring of Influencer loyalty program
Ø Supporting the unit marketing team and provide support to the sales and activation teams in the unit
Coordination with Sales, R&D to drive product top lines, bottom lines & liquidation
Activation
Ø Responsible for managing and increasing revenue from service (Safe Painting) for the company
Ø Deliver on the key objectives for the large contractor program - CCA
Ø Responsible for planning & driving product and influencer activations in the unit
Ø Coordination with Sales to drive liquidation and build consumer franchise

To take full responsibility of Manning, processes and output of the said group.No. of sites & vale for delivering Safe Painting Service (SPS) with other key metrics including product delivery, mechanization, etc.Ø Support and build capabilities at local level for sales in influencer management.Sales target achievement through this off roll teamØ Own the influencer loyalty program. To drive registration, usage and process to maximize influencer usage through this program.Ø Co-ordinate with sales and marketing teams to customize content and plan the activation calendar.Ø Development of input plan and monitoring the same
Role requirements/ Specifications
Qualification
Business Management studies – Marketing or business studies
Previous Experience
4+ years (with min 2 Years in Marketing role/research company)
Language Fluency (Written and Spoken)
· English and Amharic
