Education Qualification:

  • LLB Degree in Law, Human Rights or a relevant field

  • A postgraduate Degree in a relevant field would be a distinct advantage;

  • A recognized project management accreditation would be a distinct advantage

Professional Experience: 

  • At least 6 and 4 years of relevant (law, criminal justice, human rights or relevant field) professional experience for undergraduate and postgraduate degree holders respectively

  • At least 2 years of experience in assignments in, or dealing with, the Ethiopian criminal justice system;

  • Proven experience in project management;

  • Experience in managing (donor or EU) funded grants will be an advantage;

  • Experience in (prosecutorial, judicial, police human rights etc) will be a distinct advantage.
