Job Summary

We are looking for a self-sufficient Senior Full Stack Developer to join our IT team. As a Full Stack Developer, he/she will be responsible for the server-side web application logic as well as for the integration of the front-end part. It’s expected for the Full Stack Developer to have excellent expertise in various programming languages and a great passion for developing innovative applications.

The Full Stack Developer is set to have the following duties and responsibilities.

• Participate in new projects.

• Research, define, communicate, document, and plan technical and design requirements

• Develop functional and sustainable web, mobile and desktop applications with clean codes based on Research and requirement documents developed.

• Making improvements and new features based on feedback from users.

• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

• Conduct integration tests and optimize performance.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, Front-end developers, and system administrators

• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

• Implementation of security and data protection

• Maintain version control.

• Make suggestions for better solutions to problems.

• Keep updated on current best practices  and the latest emerging technologies

•  Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle

Job Requirements

Educational Background and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related fields

• Three or more years of experience in web development, especially, back end development

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge  of back-end programming languages and frameworks (PHP, laravel)

• Proficient knowledge of ReactJS, NEXT, Vue.js , jsx.

• Proficient knowledge of DBMS technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB,

• Good knowledge of Web Services or API, knowledge of how to create and use REST and SOAP.

• Sufficient Understanding  of Data Structure and Algorithms.

• Proficient knowledge of virtualization software such as docker

• In-depth understanding of web mobile and desktop development.

• Good understanding of the web, and software security principles

• Data migration, transformation, and scripting

• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit test

• Setup and administration of backups

• Time management skills

• Interpersonal and communications skills

Any of the following abilities and skills will be considered an advantage

• Experience in building large systems;

• Experience in building web-based applications;

• Communicative and willing to work in a team;
