ZERGAW ISP is looking for an office manager who:

  • Serves as the first impression and contact person for clients: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls;

  • Is able to create management-level plans and oversee implementation, evaluation and reporting of the plans

  • Coordinates with respective managers and team leaders on all administrative duties so that the office is operating smoothly;

  • Is accountable to the Operation Manager and follows-up implementation of top management’s decisions;

  • Composes relevant correspondences, coordinates appointments and meetings, and manages calendars and schedules;

  • Coordinates with relevant managers to create a compliance office system;

  • Creates a friendly working environment where everyone feels valued and contributes;

  • Takes management meeting minutes;

  • Demonstrates knowledge of or has willingness to learn and implement administrative software packages such as ZERGAW’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software;

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Amharic and English languages;

  • Has good interpersonal, time management, multi-tasking and work prioritization skills;

  • Has the willingness to understand and implement ZERGAW’s core values and principles;

  • Understands and implements discretion and confidentiality of data related to the company, employee and clients;

  • Is willing to flexibly work in different branches, time of a day and new roles;

  • Possesses creative mind, has the passion to learn new things, and excel in his/her profession.

Office Manager Requirements and skills

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management, Marketing Management, Business Management, or related fields

  • Less than one year of professional experience, if any;

  • Proficiency in MS Offices (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
