ZERGAW ISP is seeking to employ a highly motivated marketing and digital sales expert to develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of platforms and channels.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing ICT products and services, as well as possesses a creative mindset to attract more clients and brand awareness via the company’s social media and other promotional outlets.

• The candidate is expected to collaboratively work with ZERGAW ISP’s Sales and technical teams to understand the company services, research market trends, generate marketing ideas and materials, promote the idea, measure effectiveness of the promotion, and report findings on a regular basis. While prior knowledge of any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is a bonus, a working knowledge of both software packages for content generation and the use of social media outlets for professional purpose are mandatory.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and generating marketing and sales ideas that achieve the company's and its clients’ needs;

• Conduct market research and analyze data to reach insights about market opportunities, trends, brands,, and competitors;

• Development of marketing materials and social media contents (text, photos, graphics, videos and news) for lead-generation and customer-acquisition ;

• Collaborate with internal team members to attract more clients and drive brand awareness via marketing campaigns and participation in trade shows (trade fair), exhibitions and even in conferences;

• Oversee all social media accounts’ design (e.g., timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout) as well as communicate with followers, respond to queries on time and monitor customer reviews;

• Monitor and report performance of marketing campaigns (including posts views and web traffics), gain insights, and assess against goals;

• Look for activities such as media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events;

• Understands and implements discretion and confidentiality of data related to the company, employee and clients;

• Submit periodic performance reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager;

• Flexibly perform other related duties as assigned by ZERGAW ISP.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Very good written and verbal communication plus presentation skills, both in Amharic and English languages

• Skilled in developing marketing campaigns

• Good interpersonal, time management, multi-tasking and work prioritization skills

• Proficiency in MS Offices (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field

Experience:

• Two to four years of experience in marketing, sales, or advertising

• Hands-on experience in writing and editing content, with attention to details, for promotions via social and other media
