Job Description

  • Employee Records & HR Data Analytics Officer Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.

Job Requirement

Requirements: Bachelors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II or equivalent
