Job Description

  • Rewards and Benefits Management Officer Coordinate and supervise the work activities of staff. Set the organization's pay and benefits structure. Monitor competitive wage rates to develop or modify compensation plans. Choose and manage outside partners, such as benefits vendors, insurance brokers, and investment managers.

Job Requirement

Requirements: Bachelors’ Degree in a business related field. Master’s degree in Human Resource Management is an added advantage. Specific post-graduate training in compensation and benefits and/or HR

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent
