Supervise the accounting work of the sister companies. Coordinates and supervises the activities of the staff in order to accomplish the job of the department. Ensure that all financial documents are properly filled and kept safely.

Duties and responsibilities

·         Ensure that the book of accounts of the sister companies are professionally kept.

·         Supervise the accounting system operation of the company.

·         Makes sure that the financial administration work is done according to the directive set out.

·         Makes sure necessary documents are in place and that approvals are duly obtained before payment is affected.

·         Insures that all payments due to government (personnel income tax, vat, service tax) are paid within the time limit.

·         Supervises that all detailed financial transactions are registered and posted properly.

·         Ascertains the reconciliation of bank statements.

·         Makes sure that payroll is prepared in time and that all deductions are made as per the regulations.

·         Makes sure that different fringe benefits are made on time.

·         Prepares annual financial statements and presents to the supervisor.

·         Supervises, guides, and appraises and motivates the staff.

·         Provides guidance for financial recordings and processing to own staff.

·         Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Education: BA Degree in Accounting and Finance

• Experience: minimum 8 years of related work experience

• Other skills: computer skills, high command of financial laws and regulations
