Job Description

Reporting to Executive Head Sales (Direct), the role holder will be responsible for defining, implementing, managing sales processes, projects & programs required to enable an efficient and effective sales organization, aimed at large enterprise and public sector. Exceed all sales budgets, customer retention and product sales. Ensure people are motivated and highly skilled ‘Our people as differentiator’. Accountable for all KPI department reporting and responsible for all communication within the department.

Job Requirement

Technical / professional qualifications:

Marketing, Sales, Business administration or Economics Degree, or relevant degree with over 6 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer/account management.
Post graduate certification in Sales & Marketing, business administration will be an added advantage.
Industry certification e.g., Cisco (CCNA/CCDA and above), CISSP, AWS, Microsoft Azure or similar will be an added advantage
Experience in sales management of ICT and enterprise solution is an added advantage
Experience in B2B sales and operation management
Team player, strong influence and relationship management
Ability to engage and influence at all levels of management, internally and externally.
Has worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and must have good problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Well-developed presentation skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.
Ability to create and develop efficient processes
Project management skills
