We are looking for a competent Outdoor Sales Representatives for our client Bruh Entertainment- Sole distributor of CANAL PLUS in Ethiopia for Various regions in Ethiopia including Addis Ababa, Debre Zeit (Bishoftu), Adama, Hawassa, Shashemene, Dire Dawa, Harar, Sodo, Jimma, Dessie, Gondar & Bahir Dar.

Job Purpose

Responsible for going door-to-door and selling CANAL+ subscriptions. Candidates work as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on their assigned territory. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales and renewals of subscriptions.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Travel within assigned sales territory to meet prospects and customers;

• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily;

• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers;

• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts;

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals through performing a certain number of door to door visits each day;

• Maintain a professional company image at all times;

• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance;

• Recommend improvements to boost performance to the sales team;

• Build strong and successful relationships with clients; 

Job Requirements

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Strong customer service and rapport;

• Some sales experience is a plus;

• Great persuasive and negotiation skills; Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
