Job Description
Human Resources Business Partner handle everything from hiring and benefits to compliance and employee relations. Some employers hire a dedicated HRBP within their HR department for such purposes, while others choose to partner with a professional employer organization (PEO).
Job Requirement
Education: BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management or other related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years banking experience, of which 3 years in the area of HRM.
Place of work: Head Office
