Front Desk Agents' responsibilities are greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner. Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure. Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts. Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their problems and complaints.

Job Requirements

 A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Hotel Operations/ Tourism management/Food and beverage service or any business-related field of studies from a recognized college/university with a minimum of three years of related experience in big-scale catering institutes or Hotel Services.

N.B.: Age limit: 18 - 35 years old.
