Job Description

·  Identifies, develops, and evaluates marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost as well as markup factors;

·  Formulates marketing policies and coordinates marketing activities through promote products and services;

·  Develop company  marketing communication policy; identify relevant internal communication channels, develops and cascades/disseminates internal communication messages;

·  Leads the development of pricing policy and lead execution;

·  Ensures proper alignment of marketing mix & initiatives with customer needs;

·  Supports sales team  by developing pricing strategies, identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts, and creating promotions using various medias;

·  Leads the processes of understanding customer expectations, attitudes, behaviors, intentions, and needs and perform customer segmentation;

·  Leads effective branding, customer communication, and customer insights research;

·  Oversees management and performance of channel, customer, and relationship management strategy.

·  Communicates  with people outside the organization, representing the Company to customers, the public, government and other external sources;

·     Leads the development of product development strategy;

·    Ensures a positive brand equity through positive brand associations and awareness;

·    Ensures maintenance of good company image nationally and internationally through respecting and applying company's code  of conducts;

·    Conducts  market survey, and  submit findings  and proposals;

·    Conducts  creative and wise marketing activities that enable to retain existing clients and attract new ones, as well as  exploring ways of entering into new geographic areas;

·         Participates in forecasting sales and reviewing strategic planning to ensure the profitability of the Company’s   products through analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends;

·         Participates and coordinates customer satisfaction survey to keep competitive advantage;

·         Organizes computerized  recording system and documentation on market price, sales investigations and other market research results for easy retrieval and utilization;

·  Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.

·  Facilitate promotional activities through handling social media and  public relation efforts;

·  Identifies human resources requirements of the department and develop plan for meeting the requirements;

·   Supports the development of subordinates through periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, ongoing performance dialogue and feedback;

·   Prepares and submits periodic reports to the Marketing and Sales Director;

·    Performs other activities as assigned by the Marketing and Sales Director.

Job Requirements

·  Master’s degree in Marking and sales, Business Administration, MBA or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience out of which four (4) years in similar managerial position in FMCG industries or Bachelor degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or related fields with  ten (10) years of demonstrated experience of which five (5) years in similar managerial position.
