We are looking for a highly organized professional and self-driven Business Integrator at our company. Who will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations strategy as this is crucial for our growth and success.
In this position, you’ll have to manage and control diverse business operation and function, so we expect you to be a hardworking and inspiring leader, steering and optimizing the People, Process, Performance and Profit of our organization.
If you have great management skills, excellent business acumen, are self-driven and have an outstanding work ethics, we would love to hear from you!
Your responsibilities include tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production KPIs. To be a successful Business Operations Manager, you should have experience in the same or similar role, managing all business operations and setting goals across the entire organization. You should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.
Ultimately, you will ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals.
Design, plan and implement strategic and operational objectives, manage budgets and forecasts
Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision
Oversee daily operations and the work of executives while Monitoring and improving daily functions (Customers, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
Lead employees with an example and be a motivator for other employees
Establish KPIs in all areas of the business and conduct quality assessments
Write and submit reports to the CCV(Chief Creative Visionary) in all matters of importance
Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.
Building processes based on our business goals
Ensure all operations are carried on in time and cost-effective way
Measure and Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices, and ensure documentation of processes and Performance
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
Examine financial data and use them to accelerate growth
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Manage relationships/agreements with external partners
BSc/BA in Business Management, Operations management, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
Proven work experience as Operations Director/Manager or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Outstanding organizational skills
Outstanding communication and people skills
Knowledge of diverse business functions (e.g. HR, finance, customer service etc.)
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
A “player-coach” who can both manage teams and get into the weeds when necessary.
Desirable Qualities of Advantage
· A passion for Self Transformation and Wellbeing
· Passion and Experience in Community Service. Eg. Rotaract, Rotary, AIESEC, DOT
· Experience with building strong and engaged teams/community
P.S. Passion and/or experience in Personal Growth and Wellbeing is a big plus.
