Branch managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: MA/BA degree in Management , Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of studies

• Work experience: A minimum of 5/7 years relevant work experience which is two years as Accountant or Customer service Manager in Banking Industry.

• Ability of listening, Speaking, Reading & writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory

•  logia, Arba Minch, Awassa and Asosa branches an ability of regional working language has an advantages.
