Job Description

Job Summary 

A project coordinator is responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time and within budget and scope. The project coordinator is also accountable for allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. The project coordinator is in charge of coordinating different investment project activities within the framework of achieving the company's vision and goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring different investment project progress and creating project status reports to project managers and stakeholders

  • Assisting the management team with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks

  • Scheduling and facilitating communication between the project team and management throughout the project life cycle

  • Managing  different investment project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope statement as directed by the project manager

  • Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks, such as billing and bookkeeping.

  • Support team members when implementing risk management.

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings

  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

  • Providing administrative support as needed and undertaking project tasks as required

  • Developing project strategies and creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

  • Ensuring that projects adhere to frameworks and that all documentation for each project is kept up to date.

  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable

  • Execute other responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualification 

  • MA or BA Degree in Project Management, Economics or related filed from recognized University.

  • Project Management Professional Certification Advantageous.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4 Years for MA or 6 Years for BA of coordinating and manage different investment project experience. 

Skills and behaviors

  • A solid understanding of different investment project management process.

  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

  • Proven self-management (work independently) and team-management skills.

  • Ability to monitor and control  different investment project budgets.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Very Good Competency in project management software (MS Project (Gantt chart)) and Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
