Job Description
Roles:
Coordinating, organizing and controlling the store of input materials, stationeries and spare parts in accordance with the company’s property regulations
Ensuring that the items that are received for storage and those which are discharged for use are registered in their categories; confirms that those received are in due quality and their categories; confirms that those
Confirms that input materials, stationery items and spare parts are registered on appropriate format in their categories.
Confirms that the orders made to discharge input materials, stationery items and spare parts are made by appropriate authority.
Ensures that input materials, spare parts and stationery items delivery format is prepared; signs on the format; hands over the demanded
Prepares a report on the daily quantity of input materials, spare parts, and stationery items and presents to the immediate supervisor.
Calculates or makes a balance sheet of the daily in-comings and out-goings on the BIN card.
Registers the input materials, stationery item and spare parts that are purchased at various times.
Prepares an inventory of the input materials, stationery items and spare parts that are found in the store.
Prepares activity plan for the store, presents to supervisor for approval, and implements the approved plan and schedule.
Makes sure that stationery item and formats required for the activities related to the store are provided on time.
Provides supports to inventory taking; participates in inventory taking; organizes report of the inventory and the store registry.
Undertakes additional activities that are ordered by the supervisor.
