Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure the accuracy of information in shipping records

• Coordinating with other members of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner

• Maintaining records of shipments in order to identify patterns in shipping errors or delays

• Ensuring that products are delivered on time by coordinating with carriers such as trucking companies or railways

• Performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones

• Coordinating the use of warehouses or other storage facilities to ensure efficient use of space

• Supervising the loading and unloading of cargo onto trucks or trains to ensure that the items are transported safely

• Preparing bills of lading and other shipping documents such as customs declarations and insurance policies

• Coordinating shipments with customs officials to ensure compliance with international shipping laws

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

Education & Experience 

• BA. Degree in Logistics and Supply chain Management

• Minimum year of experience: 3 year

• Maximum years of experience: 5 years

Skills

• Basic mathematics and electronics

• SAP, Excel

• Ability to use basic computer skills

• Material Resource Planning systems and their applications

• Microsoft Office applications

• Inventory Management tools
