Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• The office manager is responsible for performing clerical and administrative tasks as assigned; handling stationary purchases and petty cash, and storage and making sure the stationary stock stays stable while maintaining Files and records.

• Department: Admin Position: 1
• Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
• Location: Addis Ababa


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Welcomes and assists guests, handles phone calls; Plans schedules, and administers requests of services provided by Company Cars
• Provides the necessary support to the admin team when needed.
• Collects check or receive a receipt from service/product delivery companies working with Company
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks as assigned & handles office supplies purchases, oversees storage and distribution
• Maintains Files and records, incoming and outgoing filo & handles all company original documents and personal files;
• Makes sure that all information that comes across are kept confidential and not shared with the non-authorized person;

Education:
• TVET level III and above in Office Administration or Management or a related field

Experience:
• Two years of Experience in Administration or Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations or receptionist or related activities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ATTITUDE:
• Effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders
• Computer Skills
• Analytical thinking/Research & Analysis
• Good Microsoft Office and analytical skills
• Teamwork & Team Building
