Sansheng Pharmaceutical plc (SSP) is a GMP certified company by EFDA(Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority) and is currently working for further international certifications of WHO(World Health Organization) and other country's regulatory bodies. SSP is involved in the production of tablets / capsules (annual capacity of 5 billion units) and injection products in the form of ampules (annual capacity of 300 million ampules) and large volume infusions (annual capacity of over 10 million liters/bags) by using fully automatic and semiautomatic state of the art technology. The company also have several expansion plans in to various dosage forms that are going to be erected on its expansion project having more than 16.7 hectare total area of land.

In order to achieve our ambitious goals of making Ethiopia as hub of quality pharmaceuticals in East Africa, we are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, qualified and experienced for the following position. 

Duties and Responsibilities

•  Supervise and inspect the site-clearing process of the production workshop to ensure that it complies with the hygienic requirements of GMP and avoid drug pollution and cross-contamination of various drugs.

• Responsible for issuing production licenses and site clearance certificates.

• Quality control of the whole process of pharmaceutical production in the production workshop.

• Confirmation of semi-finished products, intermediate products, and finished products and their release to the next process.

• Responsible for the inspection of items such as the weight difference of semi-finished products and the appearance inspection of each process of the drug.

• Monitor whether the packaging process is carried out in accordance with the drug packaging procedures.

• Supervise the distribution of materials and packaging materials for sample warehouse management tasks.

• Responsible for the distribution, arrangement and review of batch

• BSc Degree Chemistry , Chemical Engineering and Pharmacy related

Experience

• 0 - 2 years in Quality Assurance and related who have interest to work in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

• Have a strong curiosity about the work and be able to find problems.

• Can put forward different views on the problem.

• Able to propose solutions to the problems found.

• Strong learning ability.

• Have good communication skills, records, communication and Social skills.
